Gameboy
The “Game Boy” ™ is a classic gaming hand-held, originally released by Nintendo ® in 1989.
We are researching this console in order to improve publicly available documentation, and to create the most accurate emulators for this system. While the hardware may die, this incredible system can live on forever thanks to emulation.
The original system, the GameBoy, was released in 1989 with a black and white ( or really, variations of green) screen. The GameBoy Color was released a few years later, including a color display and a faster processor.
